  • Session 3: Strategic Planning with the Leader

    • After the reports are completed, we meet with the leader to review the results. This session involves analyzing the behavioral data, understanding how each team member can contribute optimally, and creating a strategy to enhance team performance. The leader will gain valuable insights to facilitate cohesive, high-functioning operations.

  • Session 4: Team Building for Cohesion and Strength
