The journey to becoming a successful Success Enabler.

Becoming a successful Success Enabler is an exciting journey that offers immense opportunities for personal and professional growth. Here's a step-by-step guide to becoming a thriving Success Enabler:

Interview: After a successful interview, where we mutually agree on terms and conditions, you'll officially become part of the Success Enabled team.
Access to Training: We'll add you to the Shadowmatch Coaching platform, granting you access to comprehensive online training materials to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
Coach the Coach Program: You'll be enrolled in our exclusive Coach the Coach program, designed to enhance your coaching abilities and increase your propensity for success. This program includes weekly sessions for the first four weeks, gradually reducing to two sessions per month for the next two months.
Client Acquisition: During the first month, your goal is to sign up at least one coachee that you would coach. The proceeds from this client will contribute your coach development costs.
Revenue Sharing: In the second month, for each coachee you sign up and coach, you'll receive 50% of the fee paid by the coachee. In the third month, for each coachee you sign up and coach, you'll receive 70% of the fees.
Progress Evaluation: After the initial three months, we'll reflect on your progress and plan the way forward. If you decide to continue, we'll explore further opportunities for growth and development.
Solo Route: If you opt for the solo route instead, we'll refer your name directly to Shadowmatch Coaching to kickstart your journey independently.
Exit Strategy: In the rare event that you decide not to pursue coaching after receiving your career report and coaching sessions, we'll discuss an exit strategy and support you in transitioning into a new career direction.
