I’m Melt van Schoor, founder of Success Enabled and owner of Deltool, where I serve as Sustainable Engineer and Head of Research & Development. My passion lies in helping people and organizations thrive by aligning purpose, performance, and sustainability.

In my community, I’m known for creating practical solutions that save money and build independence. In the broader business and education space, I’m recognized for my work in industry training development, workforce optimization, and coaching — empowering leaders to build successful businesses by developing successful people.

With qualifications across technical trades, inspection, management, and coaching, I bridge hands-on experience with people development. I also write eBooks and facilitate workshops that inspire growth, clarity, and action.
